-

-

Programme Associates Work Plan
Launch: Cultural Leadership Workshop (date to be confirmed)
The associates will be invited to an opening one-day workshop. There they will have inspirational talks, network and learn more about the planned activities. This launch event will allow associates to sign up to 2-3 workshops each; form 5 working groups; and input into the issues they would like covering in each of the workshops that they will attend.
The workshop topics include:
-
Project Cycle Management
-
Finance systems for cultural and creative industries
-
Proposal writing
-
Advocacy and audience involvement
-
Creating Crossovers and Network Building
-
PR and Communications
-
Associates’ Choice (Possibly project budgeting or marketing, long-term planning)
Training or Trainers regional workshops
The best of the associates will be selected to attend a regional workshop that will give them the ability to train others in specific skills.
All Associates will be invited to
-
Write one original article or research for the Programme website
-
Join a working group on a specific cultural management theme
-
Attend at least two workshops
-
Join the Programme’s ‘Culture Matters’ campaign
As a Cultural Leader you will be able to tailor your own training programme to suit your personal needs. Each workshop will combine international and local experts. On completing your personal programme you will receive a certificate.
For these workshops we will ask Associates to propose a specific project that they have in mind, and use it as a practical example for their workshop experience. In this way they should leave each session with a concrete output, i.e. a marketing strategy for their project, or a budget etc.
You can find below names of selected participants of Associate programme in each country. All applicants will also receive confirmation of results through email.
