British culture-related expert delivered a lecture in Ukraine; engages himself in ambitious Kyiv-based project. Bill Macalister, a British expert in cultural sector, visited Ukraine in the framework of the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme and delivered a speech in Kyiv.
