Culture Bridges: How Project Proposals Are Evaluated?
Culture Bridges programme manager Anna Karnaukh talked about 5 stages that all project applications go through when received within the framework of the Culture Bridges calls.
1. Project managers evaluate the applications received against the set technical criteria. Those applications that pass this stage are forwarded to two independent assessment experts who are dealing with the application quality content assessment.
2. The experts follow strict criteria provisions scoring every application section.
3. In contentious cases we invite the third independent expert.
4. Then it's the matter of pure calculations: the average score for an application is calculated based on the experts' scores.
5. The winning application is selected based on the cumulative score ratings.
