All links and publications are divided into five groups:

1. EU Cultural Policy: This section offers more than 140 publications and studies on the cultural strategy of the European Union in addition to conventions and official documents of UNESCO, the Council of Europe and the European Commission. 5. Online Education: Here, you will find courses on culture and the creative industries. The round-up suggests around 80 websites, which include MOOCs from Coursera, edX, FutureLearn and Goethe-Institut, as well as expert-led programmes, such as the one offered by Lidia Varbanova.
