Forum Unlimited: Art without Boundaries

What is inclusive art? Are culture and the arts accessible to people with disabilities? Can disability change the way art is created, looked at and responded to? How did new aesthetics emerge in contemporary artistic practices?

The British Council in Ukraine is organising a two-day international forum ‘Unlimited: Art without Boundaries’ to explore multiple aspects of disability arts, access and inclusive practices. The forum brings together some 200 delegates from Ukraine, the UK, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia – artists, managers, producers, heads of culture institutions, journalists, choreographers, directors, decision makers in central and local governments.

The forum is part of the British Council’s ‘Unlimited’ programme that supports the disability arts sector in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine by creating a sustainable network of disability arts practitioners, venues, producers and decision makers, and developing their skills to create and present inclusive work. The programme’s patron is Maryna Poroshenko, the First Lady of Ukraine.

Free admission, by registration only.
